Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Purchasing from PALI CRAFTS indicates that you have acknowledged, understood and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

According to the company policy, Palicrafts does not provide a refund/return on any product sold. Products once sold can only be exchanged with a smaller or bigger size.

We do not provide refunds.
Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s) than what they ordered, or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Pali Crafts will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.
Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point we will ship correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.
Products will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments and box. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Issues in quality/quantity must be reported within 4 days of delivery for prompt resolution. Customer can request for exchange within 4 days from the date of delivery. For an exchange request, customer can mail us on info@palicrafts.com .
Palicrafts do issue a refund/return for its customers, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. Your money will be refunded to your bank accounts within 4-5 business day
Gift cards & sale items are not refundable to bank account.
COD charges are non-refundable
100 INR logistic charges will be deducted as a part of refund process
Refunds are made as follows:
- If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
- If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer. Customer should provide us with the following bank details – Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank, Branch to process the refund. In case, you have received the damaged product or the wrong product, we’ll exchange it with the fresh and original product.
- If an exchange has been requested, then our courier partner will contact you within 1-2 days of the request. Handover the product in original packaging with all tags intact to the courier person.

cancellations
- Orders can’t be cancelled once its shipped, however, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same in accordance to our return policy.
- Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered as return & refund will be issued as per return policy.
- You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page or by contacting customer support.
- For pre-orders, cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours after ordering. Beyond that, we won’t be able to process cancellation requests.
